Size is too big

The size is very big. I am unable to use the item I received today. Hushpuppies is the brand I use normally , the 9w is perfect for me . I ordered 9w in this , but it’s too big and I can’t use it. Since it’s final sale , I am unable to return too

Classic

So comfortable ... true to size. Very happy with purchase. I gave it a four star because it's not true leather but looks great.
