Disappointed with the quality

The shoes are beautiful and I really like the style, but I’m very disappointed with the quality, especially considering the price. There is visible glue around the platform and along the edges of the shoe, which makes them look poorly finished and much cheaper than they actually are. I expected much better craftsmanship and quality control from Steve Madden. I would expect this kind of finishing from a very inexpensive pair of shoes, not from Steve Madden at this price point. Very disappointing.

Easy to walk in for a new heel-wearer

Ordered these for my young teen with plans to wear for dances and dressier social events. As a first-time heel wearer, she seemed to do okay on these. The thicker sole and heel are helpful in getting adjusted to walking in taller shoes. Only downside was that the suede bleeds. She doesn’t sweat, but there was color transfer on the soles of her feet after about 4 hours of wear.

Not as advertised

The upper is not leather nor made in Brazil. It is all man-made and made in Cambodia. What a disappointment . Expensive at $119.
