Leyton Stripe Sik Tie

Ordered this online. The tie came folded in a tiny envelope. When I opened it the tie is creased in several places including the front. I called Nordstrom about it.. it was shipped directly from the manufacturer (you would think a tie manufacturer would know better). I will be returning this to the store. Disappointed in Nordstrom for not having better control of items they sell and blaming manufacturer.
