I, perhaps inexplicably, love them.
I honestly dont know why I love these jeans, but I do. In general, I only wear the same boring a$$ jeans again and again - black, high waisted, stretchy. So these were way out of my comfort zone. But my awesome Trunk stylist thought I would like them, based probably on all the photos I pin of hot ladies butts in vintage jeans, and she was right! I'm short (5'3'') and not thin (135) and maybe these arent flattering (I got a 28' and they fit perfectly), I dont even know, but they are the perfect length, and perfect height with a button fly, and they make me feel so cool and sexy and hip and relaxed, which is saying something for a 36 year old woman who mainly wears Ann Taylor (no shade, but).

These run small, I would size up. I bought a 28 which is what I normally wear and couldn't get them over my hips. Otherwise, they're great.

Great Wash, Akward Fit
I purchased these with the Wedgie Straight Leg jeans in rough tide (which I loved) and these had a completely different fit. I thought they would be the same but this pair is much wider in the seat and hips than the strait leg version. Giving me a little too much of a mom jeans look. The wash was on point for a mild distressed look though, so I was sad to return them.

Size down one size!
The color was much darker in person and ded not as skinny as you see on the model. Definitely size down one size because mine looked huge on me! Still very comfortable and the pockets are so deep!!

Flattering
Nice sturdy denim. Definitely a gap in the waist on me but still flattering. Strange length not sure what shoe would look best. Def not skinny more straight not slim fit through ankle
