Hello Lili, 👋
Thank you for reaching out to us. At Levi's, we strive to create products that meet and exceed your expectations, so we're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your purchase. We completely understand your frustration, and we want to make it right.
Many different factors can impact how quickly denim wears, shrinks, or stretches out, such as your environment, daily movements, fabric composition, and the number of seams per inch. Since everyone's lifestyle is unique, it can be difficult to pinpoint exactly what is causing your denim to wear and tear. However, we've got you covered with our blog post that offers tips on how to make your denim last longer!

unique
Love these cropped trouser jeans. Something different from Levi’s finally in the high-waist wide-leg style. Wore them immediately with a turtleneck, vest & knee high boots, looked adorable!
I’m 27 in most jeans & 27 fit great.

comfortable and cute
Pleasantly surprised by these. Some of the ribcage straight styles feel really stiff or have that gaping part in the back. These fit me like a glove and are the perfect length. I have a longer torso and shorter legs.

My new favorite jeans
I’ve always been a skinny jean type of gal but tried these on in store and instantly fell in love. They are so comfortable and I love the tailored look. I bought my usual size and they are a little big, but for a very high waist I have plenty of room to breathe and move around! Don’t sleep on these, at their sale price they will sell out quick!

Comfortable
These jeans fit so nicely. I’m usually a 25 in jeans, but these fit perfectly. One star off because the back pockets are not functional, they’re sewed shut. Buttons in the front look so cute! I’m 5’2 and this came to my ankles. Received compliments on them.
