Levi’s^® Ribcage Ripped High Waist Ankle Straight Leg Jeans

I love Levi’s, they fit well and last for years. This is the reason I still gave it 3 stars. If I didn’t know better, I would think I received a completely different product than the jeans advertised. First of all, the sizing is displayed differently. Other commenters suggested sizing up, so I ordered a 27 rather than my usual 26. The listing showed this size as 27waist x 27length. The actual jeans received have two tags attached. One shows 27w x 27l, the other shows 26w x 30l. See photo for the sizing labels attached to the jeans. The other difference is the material. The jeans I received are 100% cotton, but were advertised as 99% cotton 1% Lycra. In addition, the color is slightly darker and there is no distressing. Finally, the leg fit is totally different than shown. Besides being 3” longer. It fits much more like a straight leg which is described, not like the wider leg that is shown in the photo. I’m not sure if I’m going to return them or not. I still like them, but they are not what I was expecting. I am not happy about this.

I’m not one to post reviews for clothes too often but these ran so dang small, I had to! I’m usually a size 29 but based on the material, I sized up to 30. I got them on but couldn’t even button the first button! I’m not sure if sizing up more is worth it as it’ll be baggier in the legs and what not. Not curvy friendly, unfortunately.

Covid weight is a thing and so is wanting long lasting jeans so i been on a search! Usually a 27 but sized up to a 28 on these and they’re so comfy! Much stretchier than I thought and a pretty light color. 5’1 and it comes right below my ankle, which would be super cute with heels. Didn’t actually keep them though because ya girl on a budget. I’ll come back for these when they’re on sale. Rib cage also comes up pretty high, which I forgot, so be aware that it’ll come up to the top of your ribs.
