Military inspiration defines a lightweight cotton jacket equipped with a stowaway hood and cinched with drawcords at the waist and fishtail hem. The long sleeves can be rolled and fastened with button-tabs to expose stripe-printed contrast fabric.

Perfect Military/Utility Jacket

I live in desolate North Dakota, so finding the perfect military/utility jacket has been quite the challenge. I have literally ordered and returned more than 4 other similar jackets in the last year searching for the perfect fit (must give the illusion of a slender waste on my potato-like bod), cover my bum (leggings are life), easy to dress up or down (because it's North Dakota, let's be real), and actually functional as a military-esque utility jacket for my cowgirl lifestyle. You will not be disappointed with this jacket, ladies (and gentlemen too, I get most compliments from the menfolk). I picture myself wearing this mostly in summer nights and into fall. Lightweight enough to layer, and I found the M was roomier than expected. Great pocket room, options to unzip the hood and roll up the sleeves as well. Perfect army shade of green and the whole jacket is the best quality.

Perfect Military/Utility Jacket

Color is not as vibrant as shown

I ordered this jacket online in army green and the first thing I noticed was that the army green color was not as vibrant and uniform as the picture shows. It is more of a blotchy faded army green color with a worn in look. I kept the jacket because I figured I could live with the off color but shoppers need to know what they're getting.

love it

The sleeves are a little wide and it's over all a little boxy but the draw strings on the waist allow you to tighten up a little so it gives a good shape. I wear about an 8 in jeans 5'4 and 36d and the medium fits perfect for my liking (a tad loose) the only thing I don't like is when you fold the sleeves up the string falls out unless you button it (the string hidden when the sleeve is down) and I don't like to button it up. I might just cut it off

Great Jacket but Sizing Off

I ordered this jacket in hopes to wear in the fall. It is a nice quality jacket with a great color. I especially loved the longer cut of the back of the jacket. Unfortunately I ordered the smallest size (xs) and it was way too big and baggy. The sleeves were also too long. I am 5'1" and typically wear size xs/small. I was sad to have to send this jacket back.

Perfect utility jacket - runs large!

This is very versatile and good quality, and I like the way the hood zips away into the collar, if needed. This runs very large, though, so definitely size down (: I'm usually between a small and medium in tops, depending on the brand, and the small was too large for me. I ended up getting the extra small, which I only get in brands that run quite large. You might want to stay with your regular size if you plan on layering very heavily underneath the jacket, but I don't. Super jacket, though, overall!
