Faux Leather Moto Jacket

I have long arms and a long torso, so this jacket fits me perfectly. The sleeve hem hits just over the edge of the palm of my hand when my arms hang down, and when I stretch them out in front the jacket hits right at my wrist. This jacket creates a slightly boxy look, but it looks fantastic with tight high waist jeans or a mini dress. I ordered my typical size and it is just the right amount of ‘oversize’. Very warm! Wore it to an outdoor concert at Halloween (Berkeley, CA) and felt perfectly comfortable in the chilly breeze. Cannot praise this jacket enough!

After having looked for months for a longer moto jacket, I grabbed this , especially at such a great sale price. The faux leather is very buttery and smoothe, odor-free, quality weight and stitching. I ordered an XL - I'm a 16 top, 14 bottom, so I never know if these style jackets will fit my bust. This not only fits, but even gives me enough room to layer a sweater. I wore it today w an additional light quilted vest underneath and had plenty of room. The only issue, which many reviews say, is the fashioning of the attached belt. The sides do hang down awkwardly, but after some trial and error, I used black hair elastics to form an extra belt loop on both sides and doubled back each side using the elastic to hold the ends in place. Looks fine and stays in place. However, when you do belt it up, the look is fantastic. I love the pockets and quality heavy duty zippers. You can't see the zippered pockets in the main photo. All XL jackets are long in the sleeves for me. When I can go back to my tailor, I may have these shortened, if possible (the wrist zippers might prevent that). All in all, a great jacket, great style, great look. Highly recommend.
