Baggy Dad Jeans

I loved the initial fit of these jeans! I ordered online, not sure if they come from a different place that uses a different fabric than in store? But after a couple of hours of wearing these they went from normal snug fitting to ENORMOUS. Looking three sizes bigger. I could not even wear them. I washed them thinking, maybe they will hold the shape better but no luck same thing happened. I returned them and I am sorry to say these are not like all the other Levi’s I have ever had.

The jeans are amazingly soft and comfortable, but they run large. The legs are wide, but they’re “Baggy Dad” jeans, so that was expected. The waist sizing is WAY off though. My usual waist size in Levi’s is 30, with an occasional 29 in some styles. With these jeans, to get the waist to fit I had to purchase a 26. So the reviews saying “size down” really mean it - like 2-3-4 sizes down. For reference, the 30s were huge on me, and the 29s I tried on had about 3” extra width to them, so I then tried the 26. Perfect. Once you get past the weird sizing, they’re great jeans. (PS: 32 length is too long for my height, so the money I saved by getting these on sale is going towards getting them hemmed)

These were ridiculously baggy, in a clown-like way. I’m normally a 12 in pants, got these in 32. I’ve been looking for a nice pair of loose jeans. These look nothing like how they’re depicted on the model, very disappointing. They were silly looking. Only thing going for them was the material felt quality.
