LES BEIGES Water-Fresh Complexion Touch

First, let me say that I prefer light to medium coverage depending on the area I’m enhancing with foundation. I’m in my late seventies and have dry, sensitive skin. I was truly amazed at how seamlessly the “touch” (one pump of shade B10) worked as both a foundation and concealer. I use the little included brush to break up the pigments in the palm of my hand and apply the product with my fingers. I then use what is left on the brush to apply a bit more product under my eyes and around my nose. The product sets quickly and gives a gorgeous, soft focus, diffused glow that doesn’t look shiny or oily. And, miracle of miracles, it doesn’t settle in my wrinkles. Hurray! I will admit I wasn’t a fan of the Water Fresh Tint because it was just too sheer for my needs, but the Water Fresh Touch is in a league of its own. As for cost, yes it is expensive (especially if you are going to use it all over as I do), but it is still less expensive than many of the other luxury brand foundations. $65 for .68 oz. works out to $95.59 for 1.0 oz. The single most important thing I can tell you about using this product is to make sure you completely—completely!—break up the pigment bubbles before applying. Don’t try to break them up on your face because you won’t get the same ethereal effect that way.
