Super cute but Lots of Cleavage
This dress is beautiful, flattering and comfortable. The pattern and shape is fun and flirty. The sleeves are the perfect length and shape to hide my upper arms but without adding frump. I appreciate the not too heavy cotton. It will allow me to wear in warmer weather without overheating. I purchased this for a casual wedding at the end of September so this should work nicely regardless of the temperature.
I purchased it in a 3x, which is my normal size. I’m 5’5” and it hits perfect around my knees.
I thought the neckline might be okay based on a previous review saying it would be “some cleavage” but “still appropriate” for busty people but not the case. This is way too much cleavage for anywhere other than the beach or pool. I love the dress enough to have the neckline altered. I subtracted one star for the bust.
Note regarding Nordstrom rather than the dress itself: They left a security tag on so now I have to venture over to a Nordstrom before I can get this tailored.
