I took a chance
I ordered this dress on-line because I loved the print. As soon as I took it out of the package I noticed a chemical smell. I am 5’3” and the dress needed to be taken up 7 inches. I just learned how to sew a year ago and thought I could do an easy hem. The dress was on sale so I took a chance, washed the dress, made alterations and smell was gone and the dress fits perfect. I can pair the dress with a nice spring jacket and boots. I love that the v-neckline is small. It is very flattering on.
