Don't size up
This is cozy, like being wrapped up in a blanket but please don't size up per the Nordstrom suggestion. I sized up and I'm absolutely swimming in this fleece sweatshirt. Absolutely ginormous. My kids think it's hilarious. It is very wide and boxy. I probably won't wear this outside very much and keep it for indoor coziness.
