Faux Leather Leggings

I can't decide how I feel about these leggings. I originally bought a Large and saw they were too big. So I exchanged them for medium and I just ordered a size small to see if those fit better. These are extremely stretchy and run large so size WAY down. I like the idea of these and love the way they look, but the stretch in them is crazy. My mom said they look like pregnant women pants, but I think if they are worn with the right thing they can be really cute. But size down at least a full size.

I don't quite understand why the top part of these leggings are a different material, but I suppose it makes them more stretchy and comfortable. It does look a little strange, but I just hike them as high up on my thighs as I can. They are cute. I wore them with a fairly loose but not very long tank top and booties to an outdoor concert. We sat on the lawn, and I was very comfortable. We'll see if I am brave enough to wear them to work. Very affordable so I had fun trying out the faux leather legging trend. I've already washed them once and they look as good as new. I am 5'5" with fairly short legs and these were a little long, but I just wore them bunched up at the bottom.

The comfort of a legging on top and the style and edge of leather on the bottom - sheer genius! It requires a very long shirt if you don't want the jersey panel to show. The faux leather is a bit thick, but not in a bad way.

I think I'm really going to enjoy these this fall. They seem comfy and have a good fit. My other faux leather pants are not as easy to wear.

I like the faux leather leg portion and the top portion seems like it would work in theory to have a stretchy legging material up top and coated at the leg but it does this cut off where the fabric changes at the thigh that is uncomfortable. I am usually a xs or small and I ordered xs, small, medium and the xs and sm were tight in the thigh because of the material changing. Wish it could have worked out.

I'm obsessed with these! I was hesitant because of the way the material changes in the upper thigh, but I actually don't mind it. For the most part it just peaks out the side of the tunic I wore it with and thought it was fine. Also the level it cuts off at probably should be mostly covered when wearing leggings anyway! They are super comfortable and I can't wait to wear them. The top part fits like leggings but the area with the leather look fits with slightly less stretch. I'm 5'4 and usually wear a 6-8 and medium fit perfectly.
