CBD Bath Tea

I’m a master esthetician so whenever I see something skincare related that I haven’t tried, I get curious! Now this product is really interesting. It is quite literally a “bath tea” it comes in its own teabag and it smells herbally lemon-like. It’s like the smell of diluted cilantro and lemon juice. When you “steep” it in the bath the water will turn very slightly murky (as expected) and it won’t really smell like much at all. It also looks like it has bath salts inside the pouch as well. I added in my own and used this product with it. The box says you can steep it in the bag or spill the contents out but honestly, it looks like it would be such a pain in the butt to clean out if you spilled it in the bath. Now, when you sit in the bath itself, is where it gets a little strange. I personally bought this product because I go to the gym a lot and I always have muscle soreness so I thought the CBD would help. And it did. When I sat in the bath I immediately started to feel the slightest tingle...prickle..? In my pained areas, my thighs and butt. It lasted for about 10min or so and I accompanied it with a bath oil bar from LUSH so the massage whilst in the bath helped a ton. Once I got out of the bath I noticed an immediate difference in pain in my legs (not sure if it’s the hot bath water or CBD or both) but I’m actually able to bend down, sit and get up with ease now. This product from my own experience works pretty well. Now the only downsides I have for this is that it is a single use product. And being that it’s single use, it can get very expensive if you decide to purchase a few of them. I think that the feeling that I got from the bath was divine however, I go to the gym every day and I can’t afford to buy this product every time I take a bath (about twice a week). I will probably repurchase this and just divide the contents into smaller batches. I think I’ll try separating it into 2 or 4 separate empty tea bags and try to get more uses out of it. Using that entire bag in one sitting feels like a lot. But I did it just to try the product out as is. Knowing how it is now, I’ll most likely divide it up. As a whole, I think it’s an awesome product. It’s innovative, it’s natural, it does its job. I say if you’re curious on getting it, just get it.
