How to use: Start by cleansing and drying your skin. Apply the mask to your face and secure it using the adjustable headband. Use the rechargeable controller to select your desired light mode: Red + NIR for anti-aging and skin recovery or Blue for acne and clarifying. Adjust the light intensity as needed. Sit back and relax as the mask treats for 10 minutes. After the treatment, follow with your skin-care regimen for optimal results. Use 3 to 5 times per week for best results.
