Fragrance story: The fragrance features notes of white musks and mimosa, shaded with accents of blonde woods and rice steam. In a single, invisible gesture, the mist enriches the hair while intensively perfuming it with notes of L'Eau Papier. Signed by Diptyque, an olfactory interpretation of the absorption of ink into a sheet of paper.

Lovely and clean
Actually love Diptyque L'eau Papier hair mist more than the actual edp which had a slightly annoying aerosol musk, but funny enough the hair mist doesn't. Here it smells like fresh but slightly milky basmati rice with a clean mimosa-floral musk. It works well with my hair and is strong at first, but immediately settles and becomes a subtle clean scent that I already described. It doesn't dry out my hair and does what it needs to. The glass bottle is also a plus and very pretty. Love when hair mist bottles look like the perfume bottles too.

Really good
Love this clean, musky scent and just 1-2 spritzes makes my hair smell heavenly without drying it out the way perfume does. I also sprayed a little bit on my wrist and was impressed by how long it lasted on my skin. A nice entry point if you're not ready to spend $$$ on the perfume.

Lovely but not my favourite in the range
This is a lovely product in the range but not sure it’s my favourite. I think it’s great you can try the fragrances as a hair mist before committing to the full size perfume. Whilst this is a nice scent, it’s more fresh and clean than others in the range and not something I would usually go for; still lovely though if those are the kind of scents you lean towards.

Heavenly Scent
I ordered this blind based on the description and I am so happy that I did! What is this heavenly scent? It is a clean but warm, close to the skin fragrance- I can't stop sniffing my wrist. I ordered the hair mist as it seemed like a more affordable way to try out the brand and this fragrance in particular...I'll definitely be repurchasing.

Ideal Starting Point
I've always loved the scent of L'eau Papier but I'm quite sensitive to smells and find the EDT version can be a little overwhelming. So to have a lighter version available is ideal for me! 2 sprays in my hair lasts all day, I sometimes even spray a little on skin as a body mist (don't spray onto clothing though as it has a higher oil content then the EDT and could potentially stain). Perfect as a starting point into Diptyque fragrances.
