The formula features a high concentration of pigments and is enriched with naturally derived ingredients developed for CHANEL. It provides an ultrashiny, even lacquered finish with every coat.
How to use: Apply two coats of the color to nails.

Ok, but not great
The formula on the rouge noir is not as smooth as the other Chanel polish. If you do not let each coat dry down, on a third coat the polish will start getting bubbles or balling (I am not sure how to explain what I see). Taking it off is a mess! It stains nails badly.
