Le Petit Khloe Crop Blazer

First let me say I don’t know what has happened to the wonderful service @nordstrom used to provide with regards to shipping. It is NO MORE. Seems like apparel, regardless of price, is thrown into a box, as was this gorgeous jacket. It arrived all wrinkled in the back. If this continues, I will forget buying from Nordstrom and Simple’s shop Saks, NM and Bloomies! Now that I’ve said that, this jacket is a must buy in the season’s on trend blue. I own both the black and white in the longer style, but this one is simply stunning. It can be dressed up or down and fits TTS. I’m typically a 6-8 and purchased the 8 because I thought the other style was just a tad tight in the small. Don’t wait on this one—it will quickly sell out. For reference, I am 5’5” and 137 with an athletic build.

This is a gorgeous jacket, well-made/finished, dress up or down. I am a petite medium (short arms, short inseam), but because the sleeves are 3/4 I hoped the jacket would work, perfect fit in size 8, I would only ear it open, rather than buttoned. The ruched sleeves with little buttons is a darling touch., the small collar can sit up if you like. I thought the style might be a little block-y, it is not. The crop is at my hip at 5' 1", which is flattering. Great find. I think this is a true Navy.

The material is fine. Nothing to write about based on the price. I would have expected something nicer to touch. It’s not cheap or oddly shiny as I’ve found a lot brands are using for their material. I like the sleeves and that it is not oversized. As someone who is petite and curvy, that is not the fit for my body type. Since it works for my body, I plan to keep it. However the shoulder pads are a bit much. They don’t look like that on the model to me but they point out a lot. It might be more noticeable on my frame as mentioned above. I bought this on sale. If I had paid full price, I probably would have returned it as it wasn’t what I expected from the pictures. I need a nice blazer that fits and for curves, this may be the best I will find.
