What it is: A longwear liquid eyeliner with an ultrafine felt tip that allows for easy, precise application in a single stroke.
What it does: The water-resistant, latex-based formula delivers intense color with versatile, longwearing results.
How to use: Use the tip of the liner to trace the upper lashline from the inner corner of the eye outward. Extend the line toward the tip of the brow to create a cat-eye. For a more intense look, lay the brush flat against your lashline to draw a thicker line.

The shade of orange is beautiful. It’s easy to apply and even correct if you mess up. This only received 4 stars because I was slightly shocked that the color side of the applicator is extremely small compared to the wand size.
