Though it has a strong concentration of amber notes, with animal intonations of civet and castoreum, it remains a perfume that's discreet on your skin, even though everything is combined to make it a power bomb. Listen to it whisper to your nose and to the senses of those allowed to get close to your skin. Once you start, you won't be able to stop listening.

MY FAVORITE
Purchased this at first sniff. I am a fan of gourmande scents so I gravitated towards this scent since it has vanilla notes. Although every body chemistry varies, on me at first spray it was complex, warm and incense-y. As it settled I began to smell a softer powdery vanilla animalistic scent. It was gentle; like kiss on the cheek from a past lover you never stopped having feelings for. It was cozy, inviting and soothing. I knew I could not leave the store without purchasing this and out of all my perfumes-this is my favorite. I own Eau Duelle from Diptyque, Dior's Feve Delicieuse to give you an idea of my own personal taste. If you love deep, sweet and unconventional scents that make you want to cozy up to someone special; you will like this scent.

Old boozer
Tried a spray in the store and it is abhorrent. Reminded me of an old alcoholic woman I once worked with. She would come into work after a bender looking like hell. And she smelled just like this scent...a mixture of old urine and cheap perfume. Disgusting. It should be banned.

Powdery, animalic.
This is a very powdery fragrance and slightly animalic in a musky way that's somewhat challenging to me... almost a kind of intimate smell. I like it initially when all I can smell is a vanilla/baby powder kind of scent but once it settles I find it cloying. This is definitely one to try before you buy.

I LOVE this scent. I find it very feminine and soft.....and long lasting. I like to layer it with the body oil. It's an oriental scent but nice and light and modern

Understated, yet, classy
Definitely a vanilla family fragrance. But, not too sweet or cloying. It smells very soft and fresh on me. No one asks what I am wearing because they think I naturally smell this way. (According to them). 10 hours later I still get a faint whiff. It is quite intense when first applied, so, I suggest applying 20 minutes before leaving.

Mesmerizing and addicting!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this perfume. It's mesmerizing and addicting. I tried the tester and couldn't stop smelling my wrist. It lasted pretty long on my skin. I had to have it.
