What it is: A creamy hand pomade for even the roughest hands. The pomade comes in a 1.8 oz. easy-to-squeeze tube.
What it does:This plant-based formula is made with a blend of shea butter, coconut oil and almond oil. The plant-based ingredients give this pomade a rich texture that softens and moisturizes hands. Its Hinoki scent is inspired by the Buddhist temples of Mount Koya in Japan, which all carry the mystical, profusely warm and mesmerizing scent of the hinoki trees from the surrounding forest.
How to use: Apply to hands daily as needed.

My hands are so soft!
The scent is very strong. I can only wear this hand pomade on days that I'm wearing Santal 33 (or any other earthier fragrance). This drives me crazy because it's the makes my hands SO soft. I wear a lot of Diptyque fragrances that are much more floral and this hand pomade clashes too much with them but I haven't found anything that makes my hands nearly as soft in that fragrance family. The smell is wonderful but it is definitely very specific.

So sad about this 😔 I’ve used Le Labo Hinoki hand pomade for 5+ years and it’s always been magic. But my new bottle? The scent fades in 5 minutes, and instead of feeling silky, it leaves a weird dry chalky residue. With the price hike, it just doesn’t feel luxe anymore.

Nice Scent but Strong
This is a nice lotion. It is moisturizing but non greasy. I like the Hinoki scent and have purchased this scent in the shower gel, but in this lotion formula the scent is a bit strong. It seems to overpower my perfume. I almost returned it but decided to keep it as it is very moisturizing. Due to the strong scent I probably wouldn't purchase again.

BEST Hand Treatment
All of the Le Labo scents are truly artistically crafted and genuinely unique. This product is heavily scented, but the scent is WONDERFUL! I love the warm and woody scent of Japanese Hinoki, and I get complimented each time I apply this. The formula alone is thick, and creamy, but still fast absorbing. Thanks for making a beautifully scented product that works!

soft hands, strong scent
I wanted to try this hand cream as it was highly reviewed at the time. It's hard to find thick hand cream, as my hands are often dry from excessive washing & sanitizing, whilst also not wanting it to be oily. This Le Labo hand cream is thick, and rich, but the scent is quite a bit much. Even though it's supposed to be reminiscent of peonies in japan, this is like just kind of attacking your nose in scent? It's strong. personally, I'd like something lighter in fragrance, but otherwise, it's a great hand cream.

Love the results not the scent
I received a sample of Hand Pomade a few months ago and thought it was amazing. It was not in stock at my local Nordstrom store at the time so I forgot about it until today when I saw the product on the counter at Nordstrom. There was no tester so I was relying on memory to determine which fragrance I had received in the sample. Well I chose wrong. I should have went with the basil scent after reading reviews. The Hinoki has a very strong scent that reminds me of incense, which I dislike immensely. I'll pickup the Basil version next week. As for the product, this is some of the best hand cream I have ever used. After washing and applying hand sanitizer a couple dozen times a day, my poor hands are chapped and sore. The Hand Pomade offers instant relief. My hands are soft and not at all greasy.

Love this!!!! The Hinoki scent is so unique and amazing, can't get enough of this sent! I have the Hand Pomade and Body Lotion. Definitely the Shower Gel next! Great price point for these Le Labo products.
