What it does: With its low sides and textured surface, this multiuse pan promotes browning and searing for exceptional flavor. Ergonomic handles allow for comfortable use.

Additional features: A triple-reinforced surface is extrastrong and easily wipes clean for superior results.

What's not to love
I'm a professional cook and not generally given to specialty cookware. This specialty skillet is pretty awesome though.

Pricey but great
I hate pans that slowly accumulate fried oil or lose their non stick coating so even if this is costs a little too much for a pan for my comfort imo so far I don't have any regrets. It's easy to clean, well built and heats up quick. It's also a good size for my needs.
