Nordstrom service is terrible
I ordered this during a Black Friday sale. Three days later, Nordstrom canceled my order, claimed to be out of stock of the color I’d ordered, refused to honor the sale price for another color, and wouldn’t do anything to fix the issue except allow me to buy a smaller size at less of a discount. I could have ordered from a different retailer for the same sale price, but now the sales are over and with Nordstrom not doing anything about their mistake, I’ve lost out. ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are retailers that actually care about customer service and fair business.

Nordstrom service is terrible
I ordered this during a Black Friday sale. Three days later, Nordstrom canceled my order, claimed to be out of stock of the color I’d ordered, refused to honor the sale price for another color, and wouldn’t do anything to fix the issue except allow me to buy a smaller size at less of a discount. There are retailers that actually care about customer service and fair business.

they canceled my order
Just as another reviewer indicated, they canceled my order AFTER the Black Friday sale was over, claiming they sold out, and will not honor the price for a similar product of a different color. Never buying from this retailer again.

Unacceptable service from Nordstrom
Like the other reviewer, I also ordered this for $250 in red during the Black Friday sale. Chose to go with Nordstrom instead of other stores offering the same discount because of Nordstrom’s customer service, etc. Big mistake because on 11/28 (after all the Black Friday and cyber Monday deals ended, of course), I get an email saying my order is cancelled. Color doesn’t matter to me but it turns out that Nordstrom won’t price match a different color either and the red swatch has been removed from the website so I can’t even set a notification to be alerted if it comes back. Appalling behavior from a trusted brand. Wish I would have ordered elsewhere!!

Deceptive sale
Bought on sale for Black Friday. The company cancelled the order a week later and won't honor the price.

I ordered this item in Artichaut color on 11/24. I received Nordstrom email on Monday informing that my order was cancelled because the item sold out before the system could mark as not available. I could buy the same item from another stores with same discounted price during Black Friday time. I wanted to use my note money, so I ordered thru Nordstrom. Now the order has been cancelled by Nordstrom.

Buy from somewhere else!
I purchased this during Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales. After the sales were over Nordstrom unexpectedly canceled my order and refused to honor the price for a different color of the same size dutch oven. I missed out on being able to purchase this item elsewhere because I thought that Nordstrom would stand behind their sale. I was wrong. Skip buying something from Nordstrom on sale if the price is similar elsewhere.
They are likely to cancel your order leaving you with nothing and having to pay a higher price later when the sales are over.
