Love it

The size of this brasier is the perfect size for frying 5 chicken breasts at once. I appreciate the higher sides of the pan, less stove splatter. If you haven't used Le Creuset cookware before make sure to follow the cooking instruction and will not be disappointed.

Exact Same Damaged Item Sent To Me TWICE!!!

What is wrong with your quality control Nordstrom???? I ordered a 5 quart Le Creuset Braiser in White and it arrived the first time with the enamel chipped off the top of the lid in two places about the size of a quarter with a crack that went through the lid, and the box itself was banged up on Le Creuset box as well as the outer box and it came with no stuffing to keep it safe. I called Nordstrom and they created a return and we boxed it back up and brought it to a Fed Ex drop off location. Easy enough. They send a replacement piece and low and behold I just opened the better packed out box to find the same banged up Le Creuset box and the SAME Cracked lid with the same missing enamel on the top of the lid!! What the heck??? I’ve been waiting now between the two shipments a few weeks now. To say I’m annoyed and upset is an understatement!! I just spoke to Juan in customer service and he was not willing to give me a credit to my Nordstrom account to take care of the toll bridge we will have to pay in order to take it back in person to Nordstrom to make sure they damage it out this time. And they said their system wouldn’t allow them to create another order because it’s already been returned twice! I’m a fairly new customer of Nordstrom and if this is what they do, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Versatile cookware

Very versatile. Love that it can go from stove top to oven. Easy to clean. If cooked food is stuck to braiser, I soak it in soapy water for a while, and then the food comes off easily. The only negative thing about this pot is that it's quite heavy.

Bright Kitchen Staple

Love this, use it all the time. It brightens the shelf in my kitchen with this beautiful red cherese color. Adore it, everything I cook into it turns to culinary gold! Delicious and fabulous this brasier is. A much better alternative to a wok.

All in one pan

The 5 quart Signature Braiser is an excellent dish to use on top of the stove and/or bake in the oven. The size is fantastic to include everything for a meal, not just meat. The quality of the product is top notch. I look forward to using it for years to come.
