Beautiful _ A Must Have
I love this 3 1/2 qt. Braiser. In Flame. The food heated up really fast and there was no sticking. As a rule I always smooth Olive oil around the cast iron before I cook. It cleans so easily. I will never input Le Creuset in the dishwasher. I am watching for sales because I want another one in 1 1/2 qt or the next size in Oyster. Get this you will love it. I'm single and the 3 1/2 allows me to cook food for several days. It has very nice weight to it. This is a must have!

Handsome and Versatile
A new favorite in our kitchen, this braiser is good looking and compact with all of the braising power of larger Dutch ovens while being a great deal simpler to maneuver, bring to the table, and store. I’d buy another in a heartbeat.
