What it does: This high-performance, nonstick stir-fry pan lets you cook with or without the use of oil or butter and ensures food glides right out when you're done. The forged, heavy-gauge aluminum core offers efficient heat distribution and retention without hot spots. The fully encapsulated stainless-steel base and reinforced rim prevent warping. The advanced, PFAS-free ceramic coating resists stains and scratches, making it safe to use with metal utensils.
Additional features: The rounded sides make for easy stir frying and pan frying. The two stay-cool handles minimize heat transfer and feature a comfortable, ergonomic design.
