What it does: The kettle's flip lid features a single-tone whistle to let you know when water has reached a rolling boil, while a heat-resistant, ergonomic handle ensures safe and easy pouring. It's designed with a generous base to ensure maximum contact and a quick boil.

Additional features: The colorful glaze is nonporous, nonreactive and resistant to chips, scratches and stains.

Beautiful!

Pricey but absolutely gorgeous small tea kettle and matching mugs. Please note that this tea kettle is very small and holds only enough water for two or three mugs of tea (exactly the size I wanted). I am happy with this splurge, a Christmas gift to myself that will hopefully last for decades.

Perfect size for two

Glad I chose this size, it’s perfect for two people. I got tired of using my electric kettle and decided to slow things down. This has a whistle, mugs are white inside/outside, and the kettle looks nice on my range. The cups are 14 Oz and fit well in our hands. I read online that you need to empty water out of the kettle after use so it doesn’t rust. No problems yet but something to watch for.

High quality kettle - but the lid takes on water

I love the kettle and I'm keeping it, but gave it 4 stars because the lid has a bottom that screws on from knob on the top. When I wash the lid, it takes on water and I have to unscrew the knob to dry it out. But its also a really pretty and kettle, so I will keep it and be careful with water.

Love this set

Love this set, mugs are a great size and the kettle is and expected. The color is beautiful and gives me something extra to look forward to in the morning

I would buy this product again and give it as a gift

Recently I started drinking tea in an effort to cut down on my energy drink consumption ( I am a graduate student). I bought the flame-colored version of this for my sister several years ago and she enjoys it. I decided to go ahead and spend the money on a quality tea kettle and bought this. I got Marseille and it is so pretty. I love brewing my tea in the kettle and drinking out of the mugs. It is very relaxing.
