Made to be four times stronger than previous versions, this frying pan offers a textured, triple-reinforced coating that browns well and wipes clean.
What it does: Hard anodized aluminum construction and a fully encapsulated stainless steel base resist warping and offer even temperatures, and the tempered glass lid allows you to watch your food as it cooks.
Additional features: A stay-cool ergonomic handle makes it easy to manipulate the pan. Metal-utensile safe textured interior helps promote browning and searing.
Compatible heat sources: Compatible with all cooktops and oven safe up to 500°F (tempered glass lids up to 425°F).
