Cooks evenly
I’m NOT the cooker in the family, and I’m not allowed to use the fancy pans, but my husband says it is a great sauté pan, that cooks evenly. They are a bit tricky on a glass top at first, until you figure out the correct eye. You cannot heat higher than medium heat.

Great product
People are complaining about things they know they got when they bought the item. The 4.5 qt does have a helper handle, and you know you're buying a 4.5 qt when you buy it. If you bought the 3qt that doesn't have a helper handle or the 4.5qt wanting a 5qt one- that's on you.
