What it does: Each exceptionally versatile pan features a textured triple-reinforced coating that is ideal for browning and searing, with or without oil, and easily wipes clean.

Additional features: Hard anodized aluminum construction allows for quick and even heating. The stay-cool ergonomic handles allow for quick, comfortable movement.

Compatible heat sources: Ceramic, electric, gas, halogen, induction and oven; compatible with all cooktops and oven-safe up to 500°F (tempered glass lids up to 425°F).

Includes: Sauté pan and lid and frying pan.

Love these!

Pro pans must have set.
Bought these for my daughter. I have the same set and love using it. The pans heat up evenly and it keeps hot due to the bottom heating plate.

Outstanding Cookware
I have several trusty Le Creuset cookware pieces, but this new lighter version is very welcome now that I am older and find the standard Dutch ovens quite heavy. These new pans conduct heat well and clean up nicely - I am very happy with this purchase. I already had one of the new Dutch ovens and love it.

Paints will pill off, DO NOT BUY
Used daily, but I have some serious concerns. Never used sponges or metal utensils to avoid scratches, and always washed it in the dishwasher. Despite this, the paint started peeling off after just seven months, and pieces mixed into the food. This isn't safe!
