Amazing product, awful service
I ordered this for a friend’s wedding and it arrived completely scratched and ruined. There was zero quality control when it came to packing and shipping this item. It had clearly been returned and no one thought to look to damage it out. Instead of shipping a new one right away, I have to go return the item and drive an hour to the closest store. This is NOT the first time I’ve ordered a luxury item and received a damaged one. There is apparently no care in how Nordstrom is shipping its products lately - either damaged or the wrong item, it is an inconvenience to the customer.

Amazing product, awful service
I ordered this for a friend’s wedding and it arrived completely scratched and ruined. There was zero quality control when it came to packing and shipping this item. It had clearly been returned and no one thought to look to damage it out. Instead of shipping a new one right away, I have to go return the item and drive an hour to the closest store. Recommend the Pot-DON'T Recommend Order from Nord
Love the pot. But recommend not ordering from Nordstroms. I ordered with offered 2 day shipping. After over a week and no updates after shipping, it was declared missing and I was issued a refund. I was told that Nordstroms uses a number of shipping services and this was one I've never heard of. A refund was issued. Then, after another week or so, it just appears at my door. Very unsatisfied with this order/shipping process from Nordstrom

Damaged Cast Iron Pot
The Le Creuset Cast Iron Dutch oven I ordered came with one handle complete broken off and an additional piece broken off the body of the pot. Although double boxed, it was the Le Creuset box that was damaged, indicating the pot was ruined before it was shipped.
I was not granted an immediate refund until I requested to return in store which required driving and half a days effort. Nordstrom did refund me in store and took the damaged item which I was grateful for, but there was very little in store product to choose from and I did not want to chance ordering again. I left with no Dutch oven as a replacement.

Crushed Box
I purchased this pot from Nordstrom because it was the only site that had my color. Le Creuset cookware is the best in the world. It was disappointing to see how it arrived. The exterior as well as the interior box was crushed. I save my boxes to house my cookware in future moves to ensure they don't get damaged. Thankfully all that was scratched was the knob that I will have to purchase and replace. The pot wasn't damaged. Ultimately it wasn't as good of a sale as it should have been.
