This performance-driven fry pan has extra depth that's ideal for everything from sautés and stir-frys to shallow frying with minimal splatters.

What it does: Radiant and durable, the triple-layer construction features a full base-to-rim aluminum core for superior heat distribution, while the lightweight titanium-infused stainless steel exterior resists scorching and corrosion.

Additional features: The triple-reinforced, nonstick interior is ideal for browning and searing, with or without oil, and easily wipes clean. Ergonomic stay-cool handles and helper handles allow for quick, comfortable movement on the stovetop.

Compatible heat sources: Oven safe up to 550ºF.

Love this pan!
Such a great pan. Heavier than most nonstick pans but much lighter than their cast iron pan. The older I get the lighter I need things but this one is a gem! Nothing sticks and everything cooks even. Worth every penny!

Great pan, long lasting
I scored this pan at the Pomona FTT for a great price. It's easily one of my go to pans. It's lasted quite awhile. I don't use Nylon tools in it...only silicone. I mostly hand wash it, occasionally the dishwasher. It's a great go to pan. AND YES, the 12 in lid fits on it.

No Matching Lid?
I'm sure the pan would have been high quality, just like the others we purchased. But why make a 12-1/2" pan and only offer a 12" lid? We thought they were compatible but ultimately returned both.

Best Pan for Frying and Sautéing
I had been eyeing this pan for a long time and was able to purchase it at the FTT event in Los Angeles and I regret not buying 2!! I hand wash it, use wood spoons with it and cook 80% of our meals on it. Food cooks evenly and it's worth it ladies and gents! Buy it!!

Now seeking a replacement
I use this pan all the time, and I NEVER let anything but soft utensils near it. I hand wash them (I've had three) and then one day, BAM, it's over. I've bought three -- THREE -- at the exorbitant price, the first time because I thought someone had scratched it, and the second time for the same reason. This time, NO ONE was allowed near it, and I know for a fact I did nothing to cause it to fail. They are doomed to fail. I am now seeking another pan that will be comparable, but will actually last.
