Lovely silhouette!
I happen to be short and plus-sized so it's hard to find coats that suit me. I have to say, I was stunned by how well-tailored this coat is. It's certainly bigger/longer in some ways for me than on the model, but it's structure is such that it still looks flattering and I have no idea how! I am really pleased with this purchase! It's one of those rare moments when I feel that the designers thought about plus-size bodies while designing something rather than just 'extending' the seams.

not for pear-shaped women
This was a disaster in both 1x and 2x. The Ix fit on top, but it did not button below the belt. The 2x was swimming on me on the top, but the bottom was scarcely better. If you're straight or an apple shape, it could work. I am awarding 2 points because it's far better quality than los of trenches out there.

I ordered 2 different sizes 1x and 2x because I'm usually a 1x in clothing and jackets. I decided to go with the 2x because in case I decided on a light sweater underneath. The fit of this jacket is beautiful and well made. Definitely wishing it came in black as well

A steal!!
Got this trench on sale and I love how classy and expensive it looks- because it IS classy and it SHOULD BE expensive!! I'm short (5') and it still works well but it's probably made for someone taller. Anyways, all the details are great; piping, pockets, buttons. Amazing. A good trench will last you a lifetime and this one was built to last. I could see myself keeping this for a decade or two. Very happy with this purchase.

so wonderful but too small
I wish that Lauren would understand that women have breasts! all most all other name brands 3x fit me correctly, however, RL rarely does. I keep trying because I love their style and fabrics. This coat is so sharp and classic ! The breast and shoulders too just toooooo tight and not normal for 3x.!!I hope this message will somehow be seen by the designer so considerations to change can be made. Thank you.

Beautiful and comfortable trench coat!
I needed a trench coat for my trip and after looking endlessly for one, I finally found this one. Ordered it right away since it was on sale and it exceeded my expectations. Its beautiful color and very comfortable to wear. Runs true to size and love the leather piping around the trench coat. Very happy I was able to find this Ralph Lauren trench a great price and the quality is amazing!!!!
