Cheaply constructed and it shows
Where to begin because the coat I received is a mess. The color of the fabric is inconsistent with shadings/smears of black clearly visible atop the red. The color appears to transfer — even onto the plastic bag it arrived in. There were loose and unfinished stitches throughout the coat. Random places that have balls of fabric hanging off edges and not pilling….actual little puffs where the fabric should have been trimmed. The fabric itself feels like acrylic not wool and looks uneven in texture. The buttonholes have visible white interlining or similar “leaking” out around each one. It resembles buttons being done and undone repeatedly. There were at least 2 snags in the fabric about 2/3 of the way down that looked like scuff marks for lack of a better description. And the coat runs TTS in shoulders and slightly large in the body and sleeves. I could go on but just avoid this coat. I took photos of each of these issues and will post as many as Nordy site will allow. UPS delivered around 8PM tonight and it will be returned tomorrow morning at opening. Kind of in shock at this one.

Beautiful Color, but Poor Quality Control
Great color, fits well, and quite long. Perfect for a warm dress coat. Unfortunately the stitching was broken right along the front seam and sewn poorly along the inside front seam. The quality control should have caught both of these problems. I would exchange it, if they had the same coat in my size. Would also prefer regular stitching, it looks more like a large basting stitch which makes it look a little cheap. Would also pay more for a greater percentage of wool.

Not for me
The quality here is lower than I expected, the wool is quite rough and stiff. The coat does look nice but it runs very small! I sized up and I still wouldn’t be able to fit a sweater underneath. Will be returning, unfortunately.

Stylish but color transfers
Got the navy. Looks almost black which I like. Shape, length and fit are perfect. Knocked off 2 stars because the color transfers to my nails and clothes. Not good! Not sure if dry cleaning will resolve it. If not I may see if it can be returned because it is that bad.
