Longline Raincoat with Removable Hood

I ordered this coat because of the green details depicted in the pictures and the coat had none of it. Navy outside and navy inside which was really disappointing. It also tented at the bottom which didn't translate for me.

So I have two issues with this raincoat. There was no green trim, anywhere. The picture depicts a green trim on the navy coat but it's not accurate. The other issue is, this is such a dark navy it looks like it's black. I put it up against a navy jacket and you can see a big difference. Either all of these coats are mislabeled and mistagged, or it's just not the coat that's depicted on the website. I called to exchange it for another one because I thought mine was mislabeled, and I received the new one today. And it's the same dark color (almost black) with no green trim. I am very disappointed. I am returning both.

I ordered the raincoat in the Litchfield Loden color which is supposed to be a dark green color. The coat I received was a Sand color (a color that is not offered in this coat). Thinking they send me the wrong color by mistake I reordered it and again I received the coat in the sand color. Really disappointing!

So the sizing guideline said if you were between sizes -size down. I don’t think that’s accurate at all. I ended up going with a medium, and I can barely move my shoulders. It’s really disappointing that Nordstrom doesn’t provide garment measurements. Someone who online shops a lot, I understand actual measurements better than some skewed rating system.

There is no pop of green, as shown in the picture. The fit is good, I am 5'3 / 120 pounds and x-small was perfect. But my balloon was a little deflated when I opened the package and saw only the blue. Not sure why that would be advertised when it isn't part of the coat.

The coat itself is lovely. The issue is with Nordstrom …. I ordered the Litchfield Loden color twice and both times I received the wrong color - sand. Also, with no sizing guide, it was challenging to determine size … if you want to be able to wear clothes under it comfortably and want the sleeves to be long enough, you will likely need to size up. Nothing wrong with the sand color, just very different from what was advertised on the website (that has since been corrected). Debating whether to keep it.
