Cut too straight. Beautiful material, but no.
I wanted to keep this coat, but I had to return it. The fabric is beautiful and substantial...was not wrinkled a bit, but the coat was snug in the hips. I am an hourglass shape, so I feel this coat could have been cut better as it seems too straight. It fit fine in the torso and shoulders/bust. I don’t think a larger size would have helped given the cut of this coat. Sadly, I returned it.

Ralph Lauren “Easy Fit Wool Blend Coat”
I loveeee this coat! It’s beautiful, classy and excellent quality! I am 5’6.5”, 178lbs, hour glass/slim-thick shape. I purchased the black coat in a size zero because it was the only size available in the store and not available online. Normally, I wear sizes 8-10 but surprisingly the zero gave the coat a fitted look on. I am not able to wear layers or really thick sweaters because I bought the smaller size. I am able to button the coat, but it is a little snug in the bust. The length is perfect and falls apx mid calf. The sleeves are still long considering I have long arms. I am very pleased with this coat. It is expensive so I am debating if I will return it.
