Sophisticated and lightweight
I love this coat and have been getting lots of compliments on it. The only way to close it is with the waistband strap. There are no buttons, snaps or zippers. So, it’s like a bathrobe for the outdoors. Nice to throw on this time of year in the northeast, definitely not for frigid, icy temps though. I got this on sale and would not have paid full price.

This coat is a Winner
I purchased this coat because it had the "crossover" style between a classic work appropriate cut and the warmth of down. After discovering it did not have an inside tie to keep the wrap in place, I thought about returning it thinking it wouldn't hold it's tight wrap and look sloppy, but decided to give it a chance. It works. Because the coat isn't overly puffy, once you warp the coat and tie the belt it stays in place. The length and collar give it the formality to wear as a "formal" coat. Perfect for work week (and more) wear. Commuter friendly too - not too hot and not too bulky.
