Band Collar Leather Jacket

Sigh! Yes, it is a classic leather jacket. The lines on the back are simply beautiful. The quality is exactly what you would expect from Ralph Lauren. I feel it runs a bit small, but so do most leather jackets, so to be expected. It's just that the majority of the time, one wears a leather jacket open - and when unzipped, I found that this one comes together closely at the neck but doesn't lie straight anywhere else. Not flattering. Sleeves are also very long. Unfortunately, "fit" is the number one thing that makes a garment flattering, not a function of how much you spend. This was expensive even on sale but did not give me any "ooooh!" factor when I looked in the mirror. Alas, back it goes.

The sleeves are big and very long in the size large. I’m 5’10” so I wouldn’t expect that.

The leather was not soft and supple and was not as expected for the price. I returned this item.

I love Lauren by Ralph Lauren. I bought this jacket when it was on sale and I simply love it. Great quality. Fits well (especially for us tall women with long arms). It is my new fave jacket!

This is a great jacket! The only down side was it was a bit stiff and had to be broken in with a few wears.

I love this jacket! The fit is amazing (I’m 5’11” and the arms are the perfect length), the leather is incredibly soft and the style is timeless! I will be wearing this jacket all the time! Great purchase!
