Wonderful sweater when you receive a new one
I purchased this sweater in the cream and blue stripe variation in an XL and loved it. The knit was thick, lofty, and plush. Pilling was minimal after several wears, the drape was perfect, and it was easily my favorite purchase this winter. I'm losing weight, so I wanted to get a backup in a smaller size (large) for next year and I ordered the cocoa/oatmeal shade. It arrived today, smelling heavily of detergent, and clearly has been laundered--the sweater is about half as big as it should be due to the wool/cashmere knit shrinking when washed in water. I'm so disappointed this was even shipped out in this condition--the detergent smell is so strong.
