What it is: An eye makeup remover with a bi-phase formula that combines a water-based cleanser with gentle yet potent oils.
What it does: It instantly and effectively removes even waterproof makeup. Its formula is infused with cornflower, which is known to refresh and calm skin around the eyes.
How to use: Shake to activate the bi-phase formula. Saturate a cotton pad and sweep over your eye area.

Best I’ve tried
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a long time fan of Lancome’s eye makeup remover until I tried Laura Mercier’s. I love that it is thicker and gentler on my skin. There’s not stinging after effect and because of its viscosity, I don’t overuse the product. It’s my best find ever!

Love this!

And she won’t see unless effective. I have just recently started using Laura Mian cosmetics and saw soothing make up remover and decide to try it. It’s new for a movie make up from my eyes.
