How to use: Apply Foundation Primer onto clean skin or after your moisturizer or sunscreen, gently massaging onto skin with your fingertips. Press the Velour Puff into the Translucent Loose Setting Powder, then work the powder into the puff by folding and rubbing the halves together or by tapping the powdered side vigorously on the back of your hand. Gently press the puff onto skin, using a rolling motion to work the powder in. Dust a light layer of Mineral Illuminating Powder over your face, or focus on your cheekbones and other areas you want to illuminate.

Pro tips: Pat Radiance Powder over makeup to reawaken skin and refresh your look. Laura Mercier says it's key to avoid over-applying in the middle of the face where too much formula can accentuate lines and other imperfections. With liquid, crème or powder, Laura recommends starting at the outer portion of the face and working inward toward the nose.
