How to use: Apply Foundation Primer all over your face before applying your makeup. When applying Translucent Loose Setting Powder, preparing the puff is key. Press the velour puff into the powder then work the powder into the puff by folding and rubbing the halves together or by tapping the powdered side vigorously on the back of your hand. Gently press the puff onto skin, using a rolling motion to work the powder in. Around your eyes, use Secret Brightening Powder. As with all setting powders, apply with any creamy formulas, including cream blush. Using a powder brush, pat Secret Brightening Powder over your makeup or onto your lids. Don't drag the brush over skin. Because this powder contains white pigment, do not use it on your entire face. Keep it to areas that need to be lightened and brightened.
