Lash Volumizing Waterproof Mascara

How to use: After applying mascara, use the tip of the brush to push and lift: inner corner lashes towards the bridge of the nose. Center lashes towards the middle of your brow. Outer corner lashes towards your hairline. For a lash-lifting effect, apply the mascara holding the wand horizontally, from root to tip evenly all over lashes. Then hold the wand vertically and using just the tip, apply generous layers of mascara to the outer corner lashes only to create a wispy, half-lash effect that lifts the eye.
