Great way for hair regrow
I start using this cap like a month before and start liking it. At first I was scared to use it, because I never use any lights on my hat..lol, but after I start using it find its comfortable and a easy way to regrow hairs. Anyone can give it a try without fear.

Comfortable and convenient
This is great. It's the usefulness of LED red light therapy but in a convenient hat format. Much nicer than sitting underneath a red lamp and trying to angle my head correctly. I feel this way gets more targeted red light therapy onto my scalp. It's great for stimulating the scalp and helping with hair loss. As I get older that's more of an issue. This is comfortable on my average-sized head.

Good for hair regrowth
This is a good cap for hair regrowth. I will use it three to five times a week for 15 to 20 minutes. I noticed my scalp feels more refreshed and hopefully it's preventing more hair loss as I'm aging. It's a good preventative measure and I will continue using it.

I’m impressed with how convenient and comfortable it is.

Easy to use
I like how easy it is to use this led light therapy cap. Very comfortable and you can use it anywhere and anytime. It features two wavelengths ( red and blue) and it's built in 10 min auto timer ensures it has not been overrun. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in trying a non invasive method for healthy scalp .
