Do not purchase designer bags from Nordstrom
Nordstrom's generous return policy is now impacting customers. The handbag came thrown into a plastic bag, no authentication, clearly used and returned. On top of that, I ordered and paid for the small loop bag and was sent the mini size. Truly unbelievable. Do better Nordstrom.
