someone used the bag and returned
Today I received the bag in the mail and as soon as I open the box a strong perfume odor emanated from it, and then when I checked the bag, I noticed it had been used because the corners of the bag were worn and there was a stain on it. This is the second item we've received now that was used and damaged. Are there any quality checks taking place?

Great color
The mocha color is the best ever!!! This is a very durable bag, it is lightweight so it is great to pack it with a lot of things without getting too heavy. I just wish this color was available in the regular le pliage nylon material because pf the extra small pocket on the inside that this one doesn’t have.

I love this tote. I bought the charcoal color last year, used it with an inside organizer on a trip, and was very pleased with it. It is light and easy to access the items inside the tote. I saw the brown at the store and couldn’t resist buying it. I recommend it.
