I am very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a YSL bag listed at $4,600, but the bag I received had a price tag of $4,400, which is already concerning. On top of that, the bag appears to be used, not brand new as expected. It was also wrapped only in plastic and did not come with the original box, which is unacceptable for a luxury item at this price point. Additionally, the bag seems smaller than the size advertised. When paying thousands of dollars for a designer product, customers expect a brand-new item, correct size, and proper packaging. This experience feels misleading and very unprofessional. I expected much better.
