underwhelmed

The bag itself was fine. What was shocking was the way it was delivered, just in a clear plastic bag the way any old T-shirt would be sent. No dust bag, no special box, nothing. For the price of a luxury bag, I’ll just go to Saint Laurent and buy it directly from the store, where I know the item will be treated like a luxury item.
