Large 125th Anniversary Structured Tote

This was not Nordstrom’s finest design moment. The item page didn’t include the dimensions of the tote bag. It’s at least 17 inches wide and the crossbody strap is so long that it would probably fit a 6ft tall man. The handle straps are not ergonomically friendly to convert to a shoulder bag. If you wear the tote as a shoulder bag, one or both ends/sides will loose structure. The bottom isn’t fully structured and will distort if you add a laptop in the bag.

After a 44 year career with Nordstrom (just retired this March) this bag is EVERYTHING!!! I love the size! And all the different logos throughout 125….its absolutely amazing! I will carry it proudly through my bucket list travels! THANK YOU Nordstrom

I wanted something to carry files, pens, lipgloss, my laptop, charger, etc., but not have to spend $200. This is a great bag, and I love the style. My strap was not as long as the previous reviewers. Maybe that was a fluke my strap was perfect. I love this bag. Best $35. I’ve spent in a long time. I even got the cute charm to attach to it.

Pro: This is a sturdy well made bag. It has an interior zip pocket and exterior pocket . The canvas is substantial and large and small bag stands on its own , won't schlep over . I considered using this bag for utility purposes /odds and ends in the backseat floor of my car like tissue box etc that gets tossed around and to give as gifts see below . Con: the top handles are satchel length and cannot fit over your shoulder . the detachable strap is not adjustable . You could tie it in a knot 1980's style or even have a dry cleaner add a d ring , but that's about doubling the price of the bag. The smaller bag is the same , too small to even satchel carry . I bought a small one for my mani pedi girl and some of the ladies at my doctors office along with a mug and hair clips . These make great gift bags but meh , the straps are what made me return the bags i bought for myself . Consider when you buy a gift you have to pay for bags tissue or wrapping which gets thrown away and it's almost $20 , I skipped all that. They gave me extra nordstrom tissue , wrapped my mugs for me and now the gifts are ready for a gift card and a ribbon . Don't waste money on gift bags and time wrapping !

Great bag. Bought it in 2 styles. Can’t wait to use it for work or day trips. Only thing that would make it better is it it had a zipper closure.

Strap drop is about 19 inches and at 5 feet 4 inches tall it falls right at top of hip. Very sturdy. Has one outside pocket that is sized just right for a phone and one inside snap pocket. It also has two rings one inside and out to clip accessories on and a fold over snap tab on the outside also. It’s the perfect size for tablets, legal size folders and print magazines. I purchased the black with animal print trim.
